And to expound on Mark's answer... if the hubcaps were somehow NOT installed at the dealership, it seems logical they'd need to be in two bags, in the rear compartment (as noted in the AIM).

True Gary, I have had many C2s judged, all with front and rear license plates installed with the proper frames, and have never received any deductions.

And the screws that were in the bag/envelope were used for attachment..... so the screws stayed with the car...just like the trim rings etc. There was also a plastic bag used for the Operator manual etc. that stayed in the vehicle glove box.

I doubt any cars were delivered to a dealer from the factory with the license plates installed. The judging manual says final assembly and delivery of the car....

I'll bet the judges checked for the correct screws attaching the plates to the car.......
