Corvette insurance

I have been a happy customer of the Corvette Museum Insurance (NCM) for awhile.
I live in WA State and just received a replacement policy from American Modern.
Reason given is NCM is no longer being offered by this company in your state.
It is a replacement policy and my old policy number will expire.
The paper work I received didn't include the stated value but had all the other coverage's and the premium amounts.
The premium went down but at this time it doesn't mean anything.
And UNLIKE NCM where a real person would pick up the phone, when I called I was sent through a complicated phone tree and ended up in a que that started with the classic "Were are having higher than normal call volume but your call is important to us." LOL

Is anyone else getting the same mailing?
It did say the policy is no longer offered but didn't say why.

I recall that, on CF, Adam said that American Modern had consolidated their seven (?) separate companies into one and this is the reason for the replacement policies. Do you still have access to your online account with NCM?

No big deal. I live in Wa. as well. Just a matter of consolidation of companies. I have all 3 of my Corvettes with them and zero complaints.

American Collectors Insurance either got bought out or "consolidated" to "improve service" too. Now they send you a letter that you haven't paid two weeks after the policy date and three weeks after you have banking proof of payment.

I'm an agent and a lot of them American Collectors, Condon & Skelly and some others are renewing with American Modern. Good company, no worries!
