Does anyone have recommendations on where to order a replacement R59 battery? I need to replace mine on my 67. My current one was purchased from Restoration Battery ~10 years ago and I hear they are no longer in business. Thanks...

You'll likely get Dotti. No website. It used to be called Antique Auto Battery. Make sure you use an AGM charger. I use Batteryminder 2012-AGM charger. I get 12+ years out of the battery. Using the wrong charger can damage the battery.

The Turbo Start Collectors Series of batteries are a true AGM battery...not a smaller AGM battery inside a repro case. Read the history on this company...pretty stout products.

I have bought two battery's from Jim's Battery of Youngstown, Ohio. Although pricey I will tell you they hold a charge that amazes me.

Well, I finally received my R59 replacement from Jim's Battery. Upon unboxing in I found that 3 of the 5 push in caps are very loose with 2 of them easily pulled out with no effort (they are just sitting loosely in their hole). Should I be concerned or just glue them into place so they aren't easily removed or lost? Thanks for any insight...
