    Owen, your climate has different challenges. Don't know a lot about your seasonal temperature/humidity changes but if the little I know about it is correct I'd say this. A good dehumidifier along with a strong fan that shoots along the floor would be a good option. If you could find a fan that oscillates that would be an improvement. Not sure if this helps but I hope so. Have fun!!

      Thanks Tom. I'll look into dehumidifiers. And I think I'll replace the plastic sheeting over the concrete. Things around here can get pretty saturated. Believe it or not, the daily drivers that aren't garaged will often grow moss and algae in the roof channels, emblems, and side trim.
