I suspect your last item is the most important. I have always suspect the lower hose was installed on the radiator before the rad was installed in the car.

Ed thanks for the reply. I do have the assembly man but it does not really show ya. Mainly the positioning as factory is what im wanting to know. Do you know if clamp positioning is critical for NCRS judging?
