1963 Soft Top Frame - original or reproduction

    Hi,

I am continuing to work on my "next thing to do/buy" list for my new 63 convertible and I am up to the soft top frame - find original or buy reproduction. I was hoping to get some input on the new frames - issues with fit, quality etc. They seem appealing because they come complete - but I also see Cranes is selling complete refurbished units with the tops as a complete kit. From what I have read it looks like a 1963 - 1967 frame will work for a driver. I would appreciate any help/thoughts on which is a better choice.

    Thanks,

    Scott
