rear strut rods

i have a 1969 small block, what size rod end is correct? The rod ends on my car measure 1 3/4 " od and 1 3/8 id do i have the right ones for my year.

Original 1963-74 strut rods used bushings that were 1-1/4". 1975-79 were 1-3/8". The latter were also used for 1963-74 SERVICE. So, I'd say you have SERVICE strut rods.

Definitely yes. In fact, in my opinion they will work better. GM did not change the rods to the larger size because the earlier smaller bushing rods worked just as well.
