    Tom Parsons (DZAUTO) gorgeous roadster

A bit off topic but many here know Tom - THE guy for C1 front ends, rear ends and most things in between. And a major technical resource for Chevelles. His stunning T-bucket was badly wrecked as he reported on the CF. I think some well-wishes might be in order; I've already sent mine: Having been involved in a major accident in my split window I can totally relate: As in my case he many not be able to discuss details for legal reasons.

Wrecking a nicely restored vintage car is never pleasant! Knock on wood but none of mine have been involved and I hope to keep it that way. One of my grandsons let his bicycle fall against the fender of my 1924 Chevrolet leaving a nice scrape but I was able to blend that out. The look on his face was pure terror lol. I calmly explained maneuvering around any vehicle and all was well.
    Thanks for sharing Frank!

Hope driver and passenger are okay. See how the insurance works now.

I hope his son and grandson are ok seeing the outcome. I'm sorry to hear about this, especially since I've been emailing Tom recently about axle bearing installation. While Tom has been helping me, he's had to deal with this scary accident.

Thankful it was no worse. Many of us "maturing" in the '50's and '60's were moe fortunate than we had the right to be. 130 coming up on a tractor and hay wagon on US 6 resulted in a change to the left lane only to see traffic coming so a quick change back to the right lane and close to lockup. Front end dive and slowing in time to miss going under the hay wagon by 3 feet. Only damage was soiled laundry and ego. Sometimes we just don't expect things to go wrong. Again, glad all worked out for the family Tom. Steve
