A good friend had to drop Hagerty because he drives (and builds) restomods and they come under the Hagerty definition of "structural" chassis mods and "significant" performance increases. So, just be aware.

Frankly, I don't know why anybody wouldn't go with NCM; the proof is in the claims handling/payout and I had a huge one with zero issues.

If the two are pairing up that means less choices of company's meaning no price competition. I switched from Hagerty to NCM and saved $ 600 on my 65 67 and 15. Did everything over the phone in a few mins. Just limited to 6000 miles a year on the 15 which is about what I do anyway.

I agree with Bill, I don't think its a positive. I have been using state farm for years with no issues, hopefully that will continue moving forward.

I dropped State Farm for houses and saved nearly half, keeping everything else the same.

American Collectors Just did a pair-up too and there are no less that Ten Forms to sign and tons of legal disclosures, more ways to deny a claim than before 100% assured.

Its not good for us, only good for Haggerty and SF to make more money, its all about the bottom line.
