what's the cause ? I have HL motor on the bench that when I put 12 v power to it it runs for about 5 to 10 seconds and then stops. try again and nothing. wait a few minutes and it starts up and does the same thing ? There is nothing binding everything spins free.
What does that spring type contact do ?

If Circuit Breaker is tripping, then identify reason why.

By passing this protection (adjusting spring) will put your wiring at risk - potential for fire.

after cleaning and making a minor adjustment to the spring (it was barely making contact) it is working great . Thanks to all
