Motor Trend Magazine has done a nice spread on the NCRS and the 2021 Convention. They got a couple facts wrong, but overall a nice job and good promotion for NCRS.

Former Editor-in-Chief Ed Loh lives half a block away from me. (He got "kicked upstairs" a couple of years ago.) Next time I see him I'll remind him that NCRS was not founded in 2006, but (correct me if I'm wrong) 1976.

I remember talking to the guy but didn't realize he was with Motor Trend. He was taking pictures of the cars and I tried to get out of the shot but he said "I want pics of the owners with the cars". He was there on Monday just after OPs and before we drove the cars into the Convention Center.
Several of us were laying down in the shade cast in front of the cars to avoid the heat. The pavement reading was 157 degrees. Air temp at 6 AM was around 90 degrees. Nice write up and plenty of photos. He really liked the splits by the heavy video coverage.
