Gabriel, It looks like factory joints and I'm guessing you have a St. Louis car. The top of the bonding strip near the crack seems to have no panel adhesive oozing out as the passenger side has. It looks like your parking light panel is popping up around the headlight reinforcement and off the bonding strip which usually shows excess adhesive squeezed out on the back. A number of things could have caused stress there and if adhesive was too thin, a weak joint. I recently repaired the right parking light panel on a nassau blue 65 were a previous repair required the panel removal to reinstall in the right alignment with plenty of adhesive all around the joints. I would look for any sag or shift in the body or again there may have been a bump of some kind. I would have an experienced corvette body man in your area take a look.

It looks like the headlight endplate has lost it's bond to the surrounding fiberglass causing a stress point at the break you see in the fender . I would think the headlight bucket needs to come out so you could see what it will take to fix the problem . I have replaced endplates on my own car and fixed cracks like yours it's not hard you need the correct materials and patience and a little finesse . Hope this helps Jeff
