Does anyone have any experience with adding power steering to a C1?

Keith there's a electric PS conversion available. Several have done this over on corvetteforum.com.

Is there no alternative to electric? I put power steering in my 69 using the pump/piston set up. Electric seems kinda pricey(?). Thanks to all.

Jack, Much more difficult to put stock type hydraulic system on a C1. If one converts front end over to a Meyers(Mustang II) type suspension, not too bad, but not many want to do that.

The electric system uses stock column(must cut it) and a cleaner look as from the outside/inside, everything appears stock. The electric system drives the steering box, so all follow on hardware is untouched.
