Hey guys,
So I am moving my silver L79 from wife's garage to my garage next door and go to start the car and the gas pedal sticks to floor. I crawled underneath and simply pulled the bar/pivot back. Checked the throttle return spring and it's tight and working. The pedal bar that runs horizontally through the sleeve at the upper right end of the pedal itself seems like it's binding. I shot a little WD40 on it and it seems to have worked. Is this joint supposed to be lubed? Greased? White lithium? Any insight is appreciated as i certainly do NOT want this to happen if i am on a drive in the car. Thanks guys.
