We just received word that Bill Lucia, member 8620, passed away peacefully at home in Scottsdale, Arizona, recently. Bill joined the NCRS in 1985 and was a member of the Arizona Chapter. When further information is available it will be added to this post.

I think you're referring to Joe Lucia. He is still with us.

Bill’s brother Jim, a long time Northwest Chapter member recently passed away also. I don’t believe they are related to Joe. Condolences to the entire Lucia family.

Yes, I can definitely say that the reports of my death are highly exaggerated. As far as I know, I am not related to Bill or Jim but going way back, who knows?

I'm very sorry to learn of their passing. I briefly met Jim at an NCRS annual convention in Bend, OR many years ago.
