Anyone near Paducah KY who can check a '63 for me?

Hi,
I just bought what appears to be a nice fully restored '63 in Paducah KY, subject to inspection.
I've been provided with a lot of photos and the numbers, everything looks good, but I'd be looking for someone who can look it over to confirm that it is as described, basically verify condition of the paint etc.. I'll of course pay for your time.

Thanks Gary, I had sent him an email left him a VM, he may be away. I also believe that he lives 3 1/2 hrs from Paducah in Louisville? I thought maybe someone local.
