65 and 66 ignition switch, difference?

Is there a difference in the function of 66 or 65 ignition switch, In reading the PV manual it just says the key should only be removed in the off position?

Can I assume in flight operations judging we do not look for this? Can you explain how to recognize all 3 switches?

Uninstalled, they each have a unique part number derivative embossed on them.
