Normally I go to the Operations Judges after the bogus pipes are discovered and leave it up to them to deduct for exhaust sound. That's a 25 point hit.

totally agree in reference to the human ear>>..tone and noise are somewhat subjective things...I was just trying to say I believe they are different (and have to be based on physics and math)...point deducts aside.
