Looking for someone that does work with C4 judging in Bowling Green area

I have a 1993 40th Anniversary Ruby Red ZR-1 Corvette. I'm trying to get some input on the right course of action for my car. It's a 4 foot car when looking at it. I have non-stock wheels and tires on it as the original wheels are very scratched up and the tires, being the original issue, are old but usable. I really need someone to assist me in the right direction. Should I fix everything on the car including the wheels or put it in as a survivor car? For the most part, the car is 100% original. There was some damage to the car that I fixed due to the prior owner racing the car. I do have ZR-1 wheels on it just not the right year. Overall the car runs great and I fixed the non-functioning items with help from Gordon Killebrew. This is an ongoing issue. I just need some help with this. Thank you in advance. I did put some items in the car to protect the original items. I do have the ECM label.

Get yourself a JRM for the 93. Go through it using the "sample judging sheets". Be honest with yourself and see where you land % wise.

This will give you a starting point to make that decision.

Sorry, should have called it a TIM and judging guide.

        Roy:
you should receive full originality credit for the original wheels while there will be condition deductions. The non-original wheels would probably receive at least a Configuration and Date deduction for Originality and any possible condition deductions. It appears the original wheels would have less deductions than the replacements. Ditto for the original tires. The replacement tires would receive a standard deduction on originality. Many owners, especially if they trailer their cars to a judging meet, keep the original wheels & tires just for judging purposes and use the replacements for driving.
