I agree with everything Dave Perry stated. I believe we like the stories as much as the car. I never cared about the sportsman ribbon, the wood plaque is nice however. I think we would need an incentive to participate.

I am the original owner of my red/saddle '84. Delivered in early May of '83. Currently has 26,000 miles.

I am the original owner of my medium blue metallic/black interior/black convertible top '89. Ordered & built in February '89. Purchased May 22, 1989. I have all the advertising and paper work from the purchase. Currently has 43,231.4 miles. Awards: McLellan Award of Excellence, NCRS Top Flight (National 99.3%, Regional 98.9% & Chapter 99.3%), Performance Verification, Sportsman Award, Founders Operation Check, Concours Stock Blue Ribbon, Councours Modified 427 Award; Bloomington Gold, Survivor Gold & Benchmark Award; Triple Diamond Award & Concours Gold.
Would be interested in an event if the travel is not too far from my home in Florida (Amelia Island).

Original owner of a 72 Coupe, and would be interested in participating in this type award. I am planing to drive the 72 to Mobile Al,for next years National for its 50 year celebration. Also do the Road Tour form NJ, and have the car flight judged for the 11th time.

I have a 50th Anniversary Corvette with 39 miles on it, still in the wrapper only thing removed was shipping blocks from suspension. And I have those.
