    Identify Vacuum Advance Can

I have a vacuum advance can that I'm trying to identify. The only marking is the number 68 inside a circle. It starts to open at 10" and is all in at 22".

I'm used to the ones with the "B" stamping on them and the Delco ones with the 3 digit and then the 2 digit ones.

I don't know what you have, but in any event, it's a boat anchor. Starting at 10" and all in at 22" is not suitable for ANY Chevrolet engine except for possibly some weird emission control configuration.
