      The GM# 9419051 shows as phosphate finish

          Thanks. That matches the finish for the longer, upper shifter mounting bolt, I think.

              The longer shifter mounting bolt, GM #3733134, is the same bolt used for the center positions on small block exhaust manifolds. Inspect this bolt carefully if re-used. They can crack in use and, especially, if the car has ever been subjected to "hard shifts".
