Hello Rick: Question>If one wins an award(let's just say a Red Ribbon>85 to 93.9%) I assume the Ribbon is given out at
that meet. Is there a certificate also (Like the flight cars)made and mailed to the winner of that ribbon? Thanks>Larry

Larry, the ribbon should be awarded after the meet just as a Top Flight ribbon. There is no certificate.

Thanks Rick for the Response>Now>If no certificate and we know no VIN goes with the Ribbon>Then is there anything that
we can associate the award with the specific car? Is it recorded with the>Car Award Confirmation Service? Just trying to get
all "my ducks in line" before I go through all the work to go to a meet. Larry
