Help interpreting 64 Vette Body Marking

I am in the process of cleaning the underside of my dad's 1964 Corvette Coupe in preparations of dropping the body back on the freshly restored frame. Interestingly I came across the number "419" on the back vertical wall in front of the gas tank and trying to decipher its meaning. I came across several threads that suggested the number was the job number for the car. The VIN for the car is 113257 and according to the NCRS Shipping data report the official production date is 3/16/1964. It is an A.O. Smith body built on March 5th, 1964 (CO5). No matter how I look at the number I can't make sense of it. If it was the job number, it seams too low even if it was the monthly job number. I first thought the "4" was for 1964, but what does "19" signify.

Any help deciphering and making sense of the marking would be appreciated.

IMG_2038.jpgYes, as stated, the job number. They also wrote notations about special options, like on one of my '64s......

          LOL Michael,

If you didn't no "N"03 was the RPO for a Tanker, you'd never figure it out from that scrawl, eh?
          thx,

Right, and the backwards "N" was understood by the lower body shop workers too, since when they saw that coming down the line, they needed to round up lots of extra help to fabricate and adjust all the things that needed to be done. So it was placed in several areas of the lower body.
