95 ZR-1 console contents maint schedule and vin card ????

I am getting my 95 ZR-1 ready for flight judging A couple items on the list of items expected in the console don't make sense,
warranty booklet and protection plan agreement ID card ???? Recommended service schedule ???
No photos in the Judging guide do these items really exist in 95 ???? If so I would sure appreciate a photo or where to look
