Prevailing torque nuts: difference between GM 9422278 vs 9422298?

Can anyone tell me the difference between GM 9422278 and GM 9422298. I think they are both 3/8-24 prevailing torque nuts. It’s possible that 9422278 is a typo in the AMK Products catalog and it should be 9422298.

Update: I was told by AMK Products that they have the engineering drawings for both GM 9422278 and GM 9422298 and they are both 3/8-24 prevailing torque locking nuts. GM 942278 is Gr 5 and GM 9422298 is Gr 8. For ‘66, GM 9422298 was used with the two bolts that attach the idler arm to the frame and frame bracket. The nuts that LIC provides in their reproduction hardware kit for that application are 3/8-16. AMK sells a repro of GM 9422278.

I cannot find that the 9422278 was ever available in SERVICE. This makes sense considering that the only difference between it and the 9422298 is the material grade. In SERVICE the 9422298 would be fine for any application originally using the 9422278.
