1969 Corvette Conv 350-300 with New Fenders (Need Stingray Emblem Location)

I see now several have already answered this question (thank you!). The answer lies in a reference sheet with the locations on a overlay of the car. Does anyone have this sheet?

The 69 AIM shows an illustration (attached) with what appears to be a reference point for setting the Stingray emblems. I have the old fenders as a reference and can get close, however was hoping someone could explain the meaning of the numbers circled (15, +5, 0). I have created a computer aided template to use as a guide. If the circled numbers could be identified, it would allow a perfect placement. There must be a reason GM printed the 3 numbers. Can anyone explain? I see on the internet comments like "the 15 must mean the horizontal line", but I am looking for an exact location based on the AIM. I know I should "get a life", but am obsessed with finding out what these mean. If anyone knows, we can zero in on the exact location with the template I have created (and will share).

If no one know, please give me ideas of where to look next.

    Thank you.

    "I have the old fenders..."

I recommend making a paper template from your old fenders to transfer the hole locations to the new fenders. If the old fenders are OE, this guarantees proper placement. Even if you figure out what the AIM is saying, who knows if it depicts what was really done on the line?

JohnZ has offered his knowledge of this previously, I know he has posted regarding this in the Camaro research group, and possibly here as well.
The zero line is approx the firewall front + values are behind the firewall and (-) values are in front.
The line (15) is the break line on the fender.

I agree to make templates using using your old fenders, placing emblems using these figures is DIFFICULT at best and misplaced at worst.
