    I am not sure what the OD is. Since that picture was taken it has been installed in the 65 L76 project car my dad and I are working. The Original PA was mutilated beyond repair. And I came across this "kit" on Ebay for a very attractive price

        From a Google search I think that part number is for an entire power antenna. Not just a mounting kit. But I could be wrong.

            I can figure out the OD by creating a scale from the flats dimension from one of the bolts.

            PS. Scaling from the across-the-flats dimension of the screw of 7/16”, I get 0.76” for the OD of the star washer.

                            punch cards were mostly a mid to late 70's thing from those I've seen attached to parts, not seen anything earlier than that...
