These are the GM part numbers from the ‘65, ‘66, and ‘67 AIMs for the radio ground strap star washers, along with the reproductions of those star washers sold by AMK Products. Without knowing exactly what the GM versions looked like, it’s not possible to tell if the AMK repro versions are accurate. Certainly the teeth on the AMK star washers don’t look like the squared off teeth on the star washers I found on my ‘66 or in Tom’s photo for his ‘65. And the AMK version of GM 121753 has 12 teeth compared to the 8-toothed star washers I found.

And here are some external tooth star washers with a 1/4” hole that have 8 teeth on eBay for just over $5 per 25. Combine these with the LIC repro kit and you’d be able to match the GM washers pretty closely.

Alan, yes I've had that issue too. If you Go Advanced, it allows Table creation. That works better to keep things spaced

Have a ten year old unopened bag of AMK B-11314 (174916) washers. They are 9 square point OD and 6 point ID. The design of the AMK washers may change depending on source ?

interesting. It makes you wonder if GM also allowed some variation in the number of teeth to the companies who supplied them with star washers, e.g., maybe 8 or 10 teeth was specified on the GM engineering drawing as acceptable for a vendor supplying the 121753 washer to GM.

For 67, the braided ground straps are the same part numbers as previous C2 years. The solid copper ribbon at the antenna changed to GM 3903410.

The ‘67 accelerator strap star washer was GM 138489. The other star washer numbers remained that same as previous years.

The one other change is that the ‘67 antenna ribbon had a 174916 star washer at each end.

All in ‘67 AIM pages U69, A3; and B1 (antenna).

Created a new table encompassing all midyears. Please check my numbers but I think they're good. I used all 5 of my AIMs. Added the OYO 1963 rear muffler straps and the screws in all years too.

If you'd like something added or changed let me know and when time allows I'll do it. Busy day outside today.
