Re 6 427 front stabilizer bar part number tag /location

66 6th addition JM page 176 does not seem to reference part number tag on the bar nor typical location. Anyone have technical reference to this ... if in fact this tag was present typical location?

I do see a previous post form John Hinkley re 327 Stabilizer Bar question - so assume this applies to Big Blocks as well ?

Peter hard to say about 66 ,but on a 67 427 F1 stabilizer Bar going through archives Michael Hanson says, there were a sticker tag on the Stabilizer bar and was over spray with black out when chassis was right side up down the line and sticker tag was on before black out, then again there was word that there wasn't any tag on the bar because it was a aftermarket thing who knows , this a photo of my F1 Bar with sticker 3831972 and another example .thumbnail-1 (168).jpg1967-chevrolet-corvette.jpg

The factory installed anti roll stabilizer bars did not have a tag. Per the NCRS 66, 6th edition, TIM&JG, Page 178, there is no mention of a factory provided tag. The part numbers in table C-1 are provided for part number/small/big block application information only.
