NOS Eaton Fan Clutch Info Needed

Looking for some input from Joe Lucia regarding the NOS GM / Eaton fan clutch that I unearthed in my basement stash of parts. Bought it way back in 1999 from where I don't remember. The part number stamped on the clutch and on the box is what I need to know about for application. The back of the GM box is dated 11/1971. See attached pictures.

its a service replacement and the shaft, not being uniform in its O.D. will not impress the judges. I bought several like this one in the 80's. they will work just fine. I had a local machine shop cut the larger O.D. down so it was uniform but only used it for judging. however, the cut down modified NORS would probably maintain its structural integrity. mike

Yes, and NO Chevrolet applications, at all. The GM #391191 was discontinued in November, 1974 and replaced by GM #391910 which was discontinued without supersession in 1982.
