The rubber cup device that pumps the windshield washer fluid, thats a pretty big word for me too, but thats what paragon called it.

glad you asked, Leif - that was a new one on me, too...

Keith Yes, you can rebuild that washer pump internals without removing any wiper components.
You might as well do the front end plastic Windshield Washer Pump Rebuild Kit while you're at it. Only thing is if you're going for judging, you might want to keep the yellow plastic hose bib piece, as repros aren't always the same color as typical factory production (TFP). The rubber internals are what goes anyhow - hopefully, your plastic is still good.
