window stuck in the down position

I have a 66 conv. with power windows. i just finished a body off that took about 1.5 years. Here is the problem. I put the ps. window down, it made a "raspy" sound. Now it will not go up. I think that one of the plastic wheels on the track might have broken of seized. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't force anything; beyond removing the door card to do a real diagnosis, speculation isn't going to do much...
