    Mid-Year Wiper Arm Installation(Mine is a 66)

Need some tips on the above installation; never have done this before. I do have a snap-on A192 wiper arm
removal tool. You-Tube has a nice program on it's use. One question that comes to mind is it better to install
the N.O.S. Trico Original Wiper Arms WITH OR WITHOUT THE HOLDER/BLADES ATTACHED? The way it looks to
me is it would be easier W/O but by doing this it may be harder to install the arms on the proper position on
the splines. Correct?? I assume a little of the white grease would be OK on the splines. Any tips are welcomed>Thanks in Advance>>Larry

The wipers are easier to install with the blades in place. The left blade should be close, but not touching the windshield trim. The right blade should be above the left..... When setting the final angle, wet the windshield while running the wipers to see where they "park" and adjust accordingly. The arms have an adjusting screw for fine tuning. Before you start, I'd set those adjusting screws at midway, so you have some +/- movement.

Small amount of grease on the splines is good.
