Rebuilding Wiper Door Vacuum Actuator

I have my original Wiper Door Vacuum Actuator, with the raised A/C Delco markings in the plastic.

The yellow color anodizing is gone and has been painted over with black paint. Is there any company out there that would refurbish this part, including new anodizing?

I also have the Wiper Door Vacuum Actuator that is grey looking and has slight rust on it and could use the new rubber dust cover. Same with this part, is there any places out there that refurbishes them?
