The Carolinas Chapter NCRS Fall judging event and annual meeting that was scheduled to be held at the University Best Western, Clemson, SC has been relocated to:
This move was required due to Clemson University taking over the University Best Western to house Corvid-19 infected students.
The new room rates is $115 plus taxes per night and includes a box breakfast. Use Group Code: VET when making your reservations.
The Awards banquet and annual meeting will take place at the hotel. Catering will be by the on-site Ruth Chris restaurant.
Those people who had hotel reservations at the Best Western those reservations have been cancelled and the names of those registered at the Best Western have been given to the Crowne Plaza. HOWEVER, all room reservations must be confirmed by calling the Crowne Plaza and completing the reservation with your credit card.
FYI: Latest on car count; 10 for flight judging.
I am sorry for the confusion, but these are strange times. The judging meet will be in compliance with National NCRS Corvid-19 rules.
