C1 locking gas cap

Hi- I found the info. in archives that the locking caps for the C2 and C3's were dealer accessory items, but did not see anything about the C1 locking caps.
Were the C1 caps dealer accessory items also?

Not sure if they were dealer or just aftermarket but they were not a factory option.

I believe the "S" on the cap indicates Stant as the manufacturer. I had one of these back in the 80's I bought aftermarket.
