Ordered 2" welded Corvette Central exhaust - buyers remorse?

I just realized CC had free shipping through August and that put me into snap decision mode today. My Allens 2" aluminized exhayst finally rusted through after 25 years (and a Top Flight in Lake Placid!). I got good service from the system, it fit well and sounded ok.
Today, after endless looking at websites and prices the trigger was pulled for a 2" 4spd 350 exhaust from Corvette Central with the free shipping. I don't plan to judge the car (but you never know).
My concern: I'm wondering if the CC exhaust will sound like grandmas Oldsmobile. Searches pull lots of N11 comments but not many for the 2" from CC. The Allens system had a nice tone at WOT while still being quiet for long road trips. The N11 system was on my list until I realized it's a 2 1/2" system and felt the 2" clears everything so nicely I may as well stick with it.

So, has anyone used the CC 2" exhaust and does it have the whisper sound of a granny car or new econo box? Or is there at least a little Corvette tone at WOT?
I still have time to change my order.

I don't know if your car has dual exhaust (pre-'75) or a catalytic converter system, but unless you like loud cars with drone, you should be fine.

I've heard a couple of CC dual exhaust systems with the standard muffler and they sound great without being excessive.

Worst case: Change out the mufflers if you want a different sound.
