What is supposed to go here?

Guys,

I'm looking at the front side of the front wheelwell of my 69 L-46 4spd non-AC car and there is an area that clearly had something mounted there that has been removed during the restoration (see attached pic) but I don't know what was there. This is present in both left and right wheelwells. Can somebody tell me what is supposed to be mounted there?

If I've got my orientation right, looks like the nose header bar attaches there.

That is correct, on each side of the header bar there is a triangular bracket from the bar to the inner fender. Note the fastener that goes from the bracket to the underside of the header bar.

On the other side there is a rectangular bracket and the two screws that fasten it to the inner fender. Not the greatest photos, hope they help. Both photos are from the LH or drivers side, RH side similar, the triangular brackets are L and R handed.

Thanks guys that's definitely it. I found the brackets on my shelf and will re-install them.
