'63 Corvette 340HP Air Cleaner - Original?
Looking for an original '63 340 hp Air Cleaner Chrome Base and have found a used one for for sale.
Problem is how to determine if its an original or repo?
I've read where the original bases are heavier than the repo's.
So my question - Does anyone know how much and original base weighs or possibly the gauge thickness of the metal?
Just trying to avoid any issues- most sellers all claim there's is original, but I have no way of verifying it.
