Thanks for correcting the car year, I started to get confused because the question referred to the 63 model year.

That's a great idea to document the resto and the originality with pictures. I'm sure it will help other owners with questions concerning factory production.

I also thought the reference was a 63. Obviously the reference was the build date not the model year.
It is a FAQ, frequently asked question. because of the changes that occurred during the 63 year. This should have been the resolved by 64.

i just replied with my build date/vin included. as we all know a lot of changes went on in 63 to 64. so "to me" going by vin and build date would help anyone with a question more then just a year. also if any one needs a pic of an unmolested car or any pic's to help them with what they are doing i would be glad to send what i have or take a pic of what is needed. just trying to help. mike. ps. i need engine pulleys for a 365 hp engine.

I believe he is referring to the hose running from the surge tank to the radiator.

David the newest JRM for 63 has a pic of the hose and harness and the tie positions.If your inner fender is original the holes will be drilled for the ties and the positions.

David, all the wire harness retainers are the same for 63.
