I'm looking for more info regarding the K19 'Sun / Air and Wheels' booklet.
K19 was required (for most engines) in California, starting in 1966.

In my copy of the 1966 AIM, I can NOT find any reference to K19 literature.
The latest 1966 TIM&JG does include a blurb regarding a K19 booklet.
(THANX for all those who work on the Revision Teams!)
1966 Glovebox Contents.jpg
My copy of the 1967 AIM does list booklet #1382037 for vehicles with K19.
Thus far, I've found two different versions of the K19 'Sun / Air and Wheels' booklets.
Both booklets have a 1965 GM COPYRIGHT notice on the first page.
The most common booklet seems to be this one, dated 5-66 in the lower back corner.
Back_Cover.jpg
The second one has NO DATE or PART # on the back, but uses a thicker and 'glossy' cover page.
There are a few other differences in the booklets... mainly, the images on the last two pages.
Since there also is a missing page 'footnote' in this version, it appears to be an earlier printing.

Questions:
1) Is the booklet with NO DATE or PART # on the back cover, very well known?
2) From January to April 1966, which booklet(s) are accepted for glove box literature?
3) Is there any documentation available, that negates a booklet prior to January 1966?
4) Were K19 booklets FACTORY placed in a 1966 glove box, or mainly DEALER issued?
5) Are there any additional versions of the K19 booklet?
I'm not looking to create any controversy... this is strictly for research.
Any input/knowledge/experience would be greatly appreciated.
