Missing holes to mount storage compartment frame- 1970

While restoring the storage compartment doors and frame on my '70, I noticed the frame does not have mounting holes on the left and right sides. Yet the floor of the car has two holes on each side, some with clips attached.

AIM page 1-E8 shows two mounting screws and holes on each side.

Did some frames not have holes? Or is this an aftermarket frame (very possible)?

      Thanks Bob.

I understand that most cars have these fasteners. I'm wondering if some cars don't.

So any thoughts if some frames did not have holes for the two screws on each end?

Or if my example is a repro?

Mark, my take is a reproduction. If you look at Bobs hinge pic. You will note the rivets that attach the hinge are different. Yours are pop rivets.
