Brakes - Only one wheel with air bubbles

Replaced the master cylinder on my 1966 with power brakes with a fresh rebuilt and bled the brakes in the correct sequence. I am using a slight vacuum and clear hose to pull the fluid through. All wheels are solid fluid except passenger front which has small air bubbles as I pull the fluid out. The brakes are strong as I press the pedal. There is no brake fluid leakage as I apply heavy pressure on the brake pedal.
    What do I look for?
    Thanks in advance.

Air bubbles are not uncommon when bleeding brakes using vacuum assist. What happens is that air leaks around the threads of the bleed screw. If brakes are solid, you should be good to go.

If in doubt, get a helper in the car to push on the brake pedal and go back and bleed each caliper again. You will likely not see any bubbles if you do this..........or if you use a pressure bleeder.
