Is there anyone out there who has unfaded, unworn saddle leather seats? I see production covers that are all one tone/hue, and
I am convinced that is incorrect. The originals I have access to are from a 50k-mile car that has been parked since 1985, but are faded. It is clear to me that the vinyl portions (non-seating surface, strap on the back, piping, etc.) have not faded, based on what is under the plastic seat back. What puzzles me a bit are leather pieces that have faded to a greenish tint, while other leather panels retain a greater tan/brown tone. Pictures are attached, and all are taken at the same time in the same amount of cloud cover. Any input would be appreciated--this is for curiosity sake.
