American Classic Radial - Bias Ply Look

I'm seeing this product out there...$235 each versus the AmerClassic standard radial at $164. Has anyone tried it? I'm looking at 670R15 as the size. Any feedback

There are several sellers...here is one link

Re: American Classic Radial - Bias Ply Look

So I got 121 reads and no replies. The link below if from this forum. It shows an American Classic standard radial. I thought that the distance from the rim to the whitewall was too wide...just looked wrong. I found a pic of the wide WW on a C1 on the Corvette Forum and thought they looked nice. Also thought the online pics of the 1" WW were better so I bought them. Attached is a pic of the mounted tire not on car yet. I still think the WW is too far out but it is what it is. I'm pleased with the Bias look....not estatic....but they look good.

Yes Must Agree That Whitewall Setup Looks Weird ! Would Look Better On The First Third Of The Tire Sidewall. Closer To The Rim . Peter H

It will look better on the car with a hubcap

Ignoring the whitewall version, I am running the blackwall version of this tire (6.70R15) on another car, and it drives and handles much better than I expected. Smooth and quiet. A better option than a true bias ply tire if you are looking for that older look.
