    T10 Transmission Fluid

Took my '62 out for its first ride of 2020 after Winter hibernation. Shifted something terrible. Very hard to get into any of the gears. Was grinding going into reverse. Would not go into third at all. It was hard shifting last year. But not this bad. I probably would have lived with it if I could get it into third.

So I drained the old oil. I believe the old oil was 80W-90 GL-5. Might be 20 years old. Looked dirty and thin when it came out. Only 2 pints came out. Capacity is 2.5 pints. Installed 2.5 - 3.0 pints of 80W-90 GL-5 oil. Shifts like a dream now.

    What happened?

Christopher is the clutch pedal releasing at the bottom, close to the floor? It sounds like a adjustment issue.
