1954 Intake Manifold Bolts

Most fasteners on the 54 I am restoring are clearly original. However, there are two (matching) bolts in the intake manifold about which I am unsure. They look very different than most of the other fasteners. These two are bolts that help attach the aluminum intake manifold to the cast iron exhaust manifold. The other two attachments fasteners are studs. Attached is a photo. They are identical. Anyone know if these are correct?
