Long time NCRS member and Master level judge Don Morrison passed away

Don Morrison from Sherman Texas passed away May 30th 2020, he was a Master Level judge. Don owned a 1962 Corvette that was
one of the first if not the first 62 to earn the coveted 5 star Bowtie award I believe at the 1992 NCRS National Meet.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman Texas.

His 62 was the first car ever to receive the bowtie award from NCRS. The 61-62 team was honored to be the first team to do bowtie judging, in 1992, at Flint. It was done by raising the car with floor jacks and placing them on jack stands on plywood. Don was a true gentleman. RIP
