I'm in the middle of completing a carpet replacement in my '72. The rear dome light (the same for 63-72 except was missing so I bought a new Trim Parts unit. When I looked at it I saw that it seems that there are special connectors that are part of the harness that plug into the light. All I have are two wires, the Orange and white. Can the connectors be purchased separately? I can't find them on their own on any of the usual vendors site. Thanks!

Re: '72 Dome Light Question.
Hi Tom,
It sounds like your carpet project is taking as long as mine. :-)
On my '70, it looks like the orange and white wires go straight into the light fixture- no connectors seen. Also, no connectors shown in the wiring diagram.Mark Edmondson

Re: '72 Dome Light Question.
That's the actual bulb socket that connects to the end of the wires. But I don't believe there's a separate inline connector.Mark Edmondson
